'Youth are no longer scared of you, PM Modi': CJP’s Abhijeet Dipke
“I’ll be landing in Delhi tomorrow and will march to Jantar Mantar, come what may,” Dipke tweeted.

NEW DELHI: Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) leader Abhijeet Dipke on Friday said he would march to Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on October 10, despite police restrictions on the proposed protest.In a post on X, Dipke alleged that thousands of youngsters had been detained across the country ahead of the demonstration and accused the BJP government of trying to intimidate protesters.“Thousands of youngsters have been detained across country by the BJP Govt ahead of our October 10 protest.“This intimidation is not going to work, Modi. The youth of this country are no longer scared of you.“I’ll be landing in Delhi tomorrow and will march to Jantar Mantar, come what may,” Dipke tweeted.Delhi Police warns against CJP protest on October 10The statement came amid Delhi Police’s warning against the proposed CJP protest, with the force saying that prohibitory restrictions under Section 163 were in force in the national capital and that unauthorised gatherings would invite legal action.Deputy commissioner of police (DCP) Shrishti Pandey said protests were not permitted at Jantar Mantar or any other location while the restrictions remained in force.“Section 163 is in effect, meaning protests are not permitted—neither at Jantar Mantar nor anywhere else. Any gathering will be considered illegal, and we would be compelled to take necessary legal action against it,” Pandey told news agency ANI.The DCP also urged people not to take part in the proposed demonstration, asking them to prioritise their safety and that of their families.“I would like to urge the protestors not to participate in such illegal gatherings. Please prioritise your own safety as well. Also, consider the safety of your family,” she said.Dipke shares Bengaluru visit, thanks Prakash RajEarlier on Friday, Dipke shared a separate post about his recent visit to Bengaluru, thanking those who had welcomed him during his stay.“Leaving Bengaluru with so much love in my heart. The warmth, affection and kindness I’ve received over the last two days have been truly overwhelming,” he wrote.Dipke also thanked Kavitha Lankesh and Esha Lankesh, referring to them as his “new family”, and said he hoped to return to the city.He expressed gratitude to actor Prakash Raj and his “elder sister” Aafreen Nawaz for inviting him to Bengaluru and introducing him to the city’s warmth and generosity.“You’ve all given me more than just beautiful memories.
